Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the entire staff — and especially Amy. From the moment we arrived, Amy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made a big difference during our stay. She helped us with local recommendations, assisted with special requests, and was always available with a warm smile. The rest of the hotel staff were also very friendly and supportive, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service throughout. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Beautiful big room. Lots of space and patricians that separate the bathroom from the room. All drinks were free which was an added bonus and topped up daily. The buffet breakfast was amazing with both Asian and Western choices. I would definitely stay here again as it catered for my needs. The staff were great and would use a translator app to communicate. The guy that stands outside was very friendly and staff very welcoming. The laundry was free but there are only 2 machines available. It's a small room so you would have to leave your laundry and come back otherwise you could be like me and sit on the carpet in the hallway. The lobby is a great place to relax. The hotel is very modern. There is a robot on site, but I never used it. Very close to restaurants and food outlets if you get hungry. We had a late check out and paid a fee to check out at 4.pm

hotel is clean and nice, the buffet is big and tasty. good coffee mschine stuff tries to help you if they can like with the smoke smell in the room free washing machine service with programmable functions. it would have been better to know it in advance :)

Amy from reception was an absolute gem to work with 💎 . She was communicate, prompt to solve problems and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back for my next visit to Guangzhou 👌. On another note.. you get 2 meals a day which is breakfast and an Afternoon tea (talk about value for money). I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, great food and reliable location to accessible transportation routes.
